Sceptic Barons operates in multiple communities, empowering individuals through education, support, and sustainable development initiatives to create lasting change.

Membership:

The Sceptic Barons are an exclusive fraternity of distinguished, elegant, sociable, and benevolent gentlemen.

Functions and Responsibilities:

The Sceptic Barons fraternity is a registered charity. As such, it plays a vital role especially within the Cameroonian community, with a focus on addressing a wide range of social issues, among which are the following:

• inequality,

• poverty,

• homelessness,

• health and wellbeing (nutrition, access to healthcare),

• education (access to education, tuition subsidies).

As a non-profit organization, the fraternity relies on donations, grants and fundraising to support its work.

Rules for members of this fraternity.

Pursuant to the definition of membership outlined above, a Sceptic Baron shall:

1. conduct himself in a manner that reflects the description above.

2. adhere to rules and regulations as established by the board.

3. participate and contribute fully to events (e.g. annual conventions, meetings etc.) and comply with resolutions taken by the board.

4. adhere to the uniform code of a distinguished gentleman at every group event.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the rules of conduct outlined above, the Board shall be convened to make a determination on either of the following:

a. A suspension or temporary removal from the fraternity, with the possibility of a reinstatement subject to specific conditions.

b. An expulsion or permanent removal from the fraternity.

Meetings of the board shall be held in-person or virtually as required

Leadership Team:

This committee hereby recommends that a leadership structure be set up to steer the fraternity for a 2-year term.

Rules:

1. Chairman – He shall be the leader of the board.

2. Secretary – He shall be responsible for maintaining official records and correspondence.

3. Treasurer – He shall be the custodian of financial payments including, but not limited to, contributions, fundraiser finances etc.

4. Board of members – Responsible for public relations. ??? Need to clarify

5. Board member for legal affairs

6. Board member at-large – Every other Sceptic Baron who does not hold a specific office or position
